TERRIfic cupCAKES & more!

So, I've been MIA... Well, not really.  I've been here, however being as that I'm more of a baker than a blogger, I tend to stay in the kitchen creating and forget to come write about it!  One of my New Year's resolutions was to change this about myself and become one of those awesome bloggers you hear about on TV.... So, yeah, that hasn't happened either!  Eventually I will get to where I want to be <sigh>.

Today was a hit!  I tried German Chocolate on Monday, and although they were very tasty, they were not very pretty.  I will have to work on that some more.  Today's hit was Carrot Cake.  Just traditional Carrot pecan cake (sorry I don't like raisins in my cake).  Topped with a white chocolate Cream cheese frosting. I have to tell you the smell in the house was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!  A big thanks goes out to my "testers" couldn't do  it without you!

Baking is my passion!  Cupcakes are my entertainment.  I LOVE creating new cupcake flavors, and being challenged to create one of a kind cupcake cakes for children from 1 - 99!  Join me as I take on the job of creating as many  cupcake flavors as I can!
